Aeromaxteam is an online coaching business with the base located in Lennox Head in Northern NSW and in Sydney Australia run by Professional triathlon coach and ex pro triathlete Grant Giles. We take pride in building our athletes from the ground up, In recent seasons we have proven that our formula works transforming plateaus into pbs. Many of our home built athletes are going onto pro level through a smart progression approach to programming and coaching that works for all ability levels.

BERKEL DRAWS CLOSER TO THE BIG HITTERS

Tim Berkel finished 4th overall at Ironman Australia last weekend 6/4/08. Tim mowed to within 4mins of 2nd place with a 2:55 marathon, the second fastest marathon of the day. Tim's training and racing progression has been steady and at only 23 years of age -it's not so much a case of if as when will he be at the top of the pro pile. He has a lot of improvement left in his running and his bike strength is growing with each training block. Well done mate.

The Erox /Aeromaxteam Elite team has had it's first foray into Europe to race during our winter. Alison Fitch and Tim berkel once again proved they were a force to be reckoned with both finishing top 5 at Ironman Switzerland. Cam Good is also rapidly improving in Short Course having a stella European season. Keep an eye on the  news section  to keep tabs on all our athletes races both here and overseas.

For the 2nd year in a row we put both male and female athletes into the top 10 overall at Ironman Australia. 22 year old Tim Berkel had a stunning Ironman debut going 7th place overall and Alison Fitch placed 5th overall coming off her 2nd place finish at Ironman Malaysia 4 weeks prior. There were tons of great races by the crew so check it out in the news section.

Prowse and Kean stir up the front runners -while the whole team excels on a new tough course:

What a great day, there were plenty of cheers and also a few tears as the team took on the new course in Port Macquarie. Alison Kean continued her march toward a pro career with a fine 6th place overall and Tim Prowse ripped up the course finishing 9th overall -winning the 18-24 age group by 22 minutes in the process. There were plenty of other moments so check out the race report section which is now up. Pics are also up of the big day in team pics.

AEROMAXTEAM EXCELS IN KONA:

Our group of athletes showed marvellous consistency in Kona with all 6 of our male athletes breaking 10hrs and Karly Allen holding it together. Fantastic consistency and smart racing everyone, well done.

BIG SEASON FOR TEAM

Of the team that trained for Ironman's this summer we have qualifed 10 of those people for the Hawaiian Ironman, that is 23% of the Ironman group and all except one are age groupers, congratulations to all.
