AEROMAXTEAM GENERIC PROGRAMMES

Aeromaxteam offers a series of generic programs for a once off fixed price. All programmes are designed and written by Grant Giles personally, they are detailed and specific to your planned race with detailed daily planned workouts. The package includes a full intensity guide zone chart and key chart for programme terms. Most generic programmes are periodised and typically 12 weeks long. We are able to write longer programme blocks. Please email If a longer block is required. Please make sure you fill in the questionairre as detailed as you can so Grant can make the programme as effective as possible.
