Thanks very much for all your help this season; I think that you went way beyond the call of duty to help me reach my goal of finishing Ironman Australia this season. With your professional guidance and support you were the driving force behind taking me to the top of the age group ranks in Australia. The highlight of my season was crossing the line in Fortser 2nd in my age group and 23rd overall, 9hrs 16 minutes. Running a close second to that was winning an Australian tittle in front of my hometown in port Macquarie. You were so keen to see my results that you took time out from your holiday in Malaysia to look them up and email me congratulations.

Showing me how specific and consistent training really does pay off, just doing the miles isn’t even an option, its the specific base/strength/speed work that makes it work, and sticking in those HR zones.

Thanks again for sticking with me this season and showing me that the sky really is the limit, now we have to get stuck into it together and bring home that world tittle!!!
