Aeromax Geelong Results
A quick round-up of Geelong 70.3 Results. Berkel 3rd pulled out a strong race under the Current huge Load for Ironman as did Nicole Ward 5th. Adam Holborow had a did off the front of the bike and ended up with a string race as well. Our best Age Cat result came with the ever improving Hayden Armstrong and Damien (juggs) Davis who qualified for Florida as a bonus to their Ironman preps, well done fella's. There were some pretty major problems for Christie Sym and Bern Ward on the course but they refused not to finish. Strong races also from Bec Eveleigh and Sam Turley.
A big shout to Paul martin who knocked out a 30mins PB, Paul also swears blind by the run/walk ratio and Aeromax coach Will Carroll is doing a great job.
I guess I have to take some heat for everyone being very tired at this race but with Ironman only just around the corner it makes it hard to make every post a winner, some races have to be used as part of that plan.
